Jesus said, "Remain in me, and I will remain in you." (John 15:4)
Isn't it awesome that God is always right there, waiting?
Anyone can be as close to God as he or she desires. No appointment necessary. God is available to all, through Jesus Christ... and the more you and I pursue him, the closer to him we will be. He leaves the ball in our court.
What a gentleman.
